Northreach is a recruitment business placing contract, permanent and temporary professionals across the UK for organisations in the Financial Services, eCommerce, Tech and Public sectors… and beyond.

We’re small enough to deliver the personal touch and commitment it takes while being experienced enough to meet tough demands.

As a family business, at Northreach we really do work as a team. With our reputaiton on the line, we genuinely care about delivering results and so work in harmony, not as individuals with competing agendas. Our directors are entirely “hands on” recruitment consultants that care about the people they place and remain heavily involved in the recruitment process.

Harry Arnold, Recruitment Consultant

When I joined Northreach, I was looking for a company that provided massive career opportunity, a sense of being and an environment that I could really enjoy with other like-minded people. Since joining the company, I have developed my knowledge, sharpened my skills and taken on new training techniques that has helped me develop as a recruitment consultant.

I’ve been in the Recruitment game since I was 19, rolling back to 2010. Prior to that, I turned my hand to a couple of different sales and consultative roles, including working for a big name in the card processing and payments solutions industry. I learned my recruitment trade at a global leader in the industry, where I worked my way through the ranks from a Trainee to leading a team of Consultants, managing a major client, whilst juggling a base of 40-50 contractors at any one time. Having mastered the ropes, I decided to set up our business, Northreach, with my business partner (and brother), Sam, in 2015.

 

At Northreach, I often find myself wearing a number of hats, including chief tea maker and banter supplier! It’s also my responsibility to ensure our team is motivated, we’re growing as a unit, delivering a first-class service to our candidates and clients and above all having fun, enjoying the work we do.

For me, Northreach is everything, for as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to run my own business. My experience in recruitment and the people I have worked with throughout the years have helped me fine tune my skills and push my abilities to ensure Northreach strive for greatness and provide a great service to anyone that is looking to hire or looking for their next job.
