A unique opportunity to join a challenger bank based in Central London has been made available due to a boom in business and growth across Europe and Asia. The company is looking to secure an individual that can bring fresh ideas to promote their international payments and FX Sales Desk solution to Private Investors, Institutions and Corporate Clients across the UK and into Europe. As far as marketing support goes - they have big budgets, leading edge design technology and an open mind to get things moving!

What the day to day looks like

• Design, enhance and manage retail products and platforms to support the Bank’s strategy
• Work on a digital transformation project team
• Build marketing programs and promotions
• Build robust MIS and related processes including competitor, market and customer intelligence
• Manage external stakeholders including third party suppliers/vendors to achieve business objectives, delivery of service improvement initiatives via operational SLA’s and appropriate management of risks
• Enhance new and existing customer relationships through activation, upgrade and retention programs
• Undertake product reviews and document changes / improvements from time to time

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone that is passionate and can think "out of the box" when it comes to marketing and Product Management. International Payments / FX Sales experience would be great but we are very happy to consider individuals from all walks of life that include some of the following

• Digital Marketing experience
• Analytical and management information reporting experience
• Design, creating and evidence of business campaigns
• Good decision maker
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a team and also as an individual
